We already booked 3 nights in a hotel in San Salvador but now I realize that in the whole net I can't find nearly any comment to the hotel. The name is Árbol de Sueños and it should be at La Escalon in front of the Hotel Radisson. Somebody knows it or had been there? Thank you very much!
It is indeed a fairly new hotel. It calls itself a "Designer Hotel", and after looking at the website, I am inclined to say that they do look good, - on the inside at least. Rooms look designer style, and they call all of them "suites". Due to the advertised style, they would have to deliver at least a simili of those photos. In order to present as a new or newish "designer hotel", there are certain expectations that would have to be better than a regular acceptable three four star hotel. I would go ahead with your plans. Personal opinion of course, but a fairly educated one.

I agree with you. Since I like it when people try to do something different, I liked the idea of a "design hotel" in San Salvador due to the fact that it is the first one trying to do it. I'll report at my return bye Sandra
