Hi Everyone, Does anyone knows what the lastest entry and exit aiport tax is for El Salvador? THanks Ian
The last time I was in El Salvador in August 2004 so this information is effective then. Unless you have a visa, it costs most nationalities (such as USA citizens) a US$10 tourist card to enter El Salvador whether at the airport or a land border. You obtain these at the actual entry point. Exiting at a land border is free. Exiting via the airport costs around US$28.22 +5.14. I had to pay an extra 55 cents because the agent only had 31 cents worth of coins.
