Is there a state park close by San Rafael that a person can wind surf and ride a train in the same park? I heard there was. Thank you.

There's windsurfing at China Camp State Park in San Rafael, but I've never heard of a train there. http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=466

San Francsico Bay is a great place to wind surf. There are several locations to put in. I am a long time resident of San Rafael and do not know of any train in this county. Sorry
