We wish to join a tour from San Pedro to Uyuni. However, we (from Hong Kong) do not have Bolivia visa. Does anyone have experience in obtaining the visa in Calama, San Pedro or the frontier between Chile and Bolivia? Is it easy to get it? How long will it take? By the way, one of us holds United Kingdom passport. Does the passport holder require visa to enter into Bolivia? All advice/comment are highly appreciated in advance.
U K passport holders do not require a visa, however if you are a USA citizen it is require (we pissed them off with the cocca) Regardless it is simple to get if you need one, bring the necessary photographs along with your passport to the embassey if you think you need one. , I don't know where you are coming from. Cheers Tommy x

UK passport holders do require a visa if the stay is longer than 30 days + a 60 day extension obtained whilst in the country. Look here for info: fco.gov.uk/en/travel-and-liv... I cannot find an official website for the Bolivian Embassy in the UK.
