Where is a good place to stay in San Miguel...B&B or private home?

My husband and I are planning on going to San Miguel for the 1st time in April. I have been researching B&B's and Private Homes (through VRBO) and would like to know what might be a better deal. Of course, I would like it all....private patios, large King bed, beautiful views etc. Thanks for any input.
