Wow, Maurizio, this doesn't look easy... As you probably know, there is no rail service to San Leo. As for the bus, please see san-leo.it/intra/upload/cont... There is one direct bus a day from Rimini FS to San Leo, but only during the summer (ends Sept 15). Otherwise, WEEKDAYS ONLY, there are 3 buses one way and 4 buses a day the other way, with a change of buses at Pietracuta. I don't know if you're able to buy tickets for both buses in Rimini (since they're different companies) - I hope so... Does this help? Bill

Is there a way to take a train to some village and then take a bus to San Leo? Thanks for your info and sorry Bill, but I have to get some more info about that town.

OK, we're talking about the San Leo that is just west of San Marino, right? If so, there don't seem to be any trains in the interior along here. That is, the train runs along the coast from Rimini to past Pesaro. From Rimini, the train runs parallel to the A14 to the northwest, and the train continues to the south past Pesaro and Fano along the coast. I just don't see any trains that will get you closer than Rimini...well, Santarcangelo di Romangna is a very little closer, but I don't think there will be any bus service from there to San Leo...
