Staybridge Suites Riviera

Is anyone familiar with this property? It's been renovated into a TS (so is no longer a staybridge) and I'm wondering what the area is like that it's in. It looks like it's about 9 blocks from the gaslight district. The address is 1110 A street. Thanks for any feedback.
