Is there a shuttle or bus from the airport to downtown near Riverwalk. More precisely I need to go to the Holiday Inn Express on Cameron st.
Planning a flight to San Francisco from San Antonio, possibly in July or August. Can a significant amount of money on airfare be saved by flying into an airport outside of San Francisco & then driving for around (up to) an hour to get to SF?
I have been interested in having a holiday townhome or condo in San Antonio and don't know that much about residential living in the city or even within 10 miles of city center. It would not be my permanent home unless I fell in love with the Texan hospitality. What section would be desirable as a home away from home. Thanks in advance to any locals that may help. :-)
I am arriving at the Greyhound Bus Station this evening from Houston. What, if any, public transport is available to take me to the airport? Any idea on cost?
My parents would like to plan a trip to San Antonio for the first week of April. I hear there is a lot of action and late night partying that time of year. What hotel would give them good access to all the popular tourist destinations, but quiet enough for those who turn in early?

We're coming down to do SeaWorld in March with our 4 kids. Will we want to swim at SeaWorld or at the hotel in March? Our last trip was mid-June and too hot for us. But I know my kids will be bummed if it's too cold to swim. We could change our trip to early May if we need to.
We want to take our grand kids RV camping and would like to stay within an hour of San Antonio. Any suggestions of State Parks that would be good for us? Hiking, bike riding, camp fires, things like that. What about Pendernales SP?

My grandaughter is graduating from Lackland the end of August. I need suggestions on where to stay.

Coming to San Antonio this summer with my family. Been reading about SA from different web sites and even have a brochure, which I ordered few months ago already. A bit confused already, since there are so many things to see...But, I would like to have your opinion of which 5 attractions in San Antonio are the most interesting to see for parents and a 6 yo daughter ? The kind of attractions, that would not cost a lot of money (to buy tickets) or are just simply free of charge ?
Traveling to San Antonio for the first time this summer with my family and staying in Holiday Inn San Antonio Market Square. How safe it is generally for a traveler in San Antonio. What about our hotel, any experiences of it ? Thanks :)
What is the best way to get from the airport to the River Walk area of SA (and back of course)? Is it far? Should I just Eff it and rent a car?
If you are ever in Chicago, have an Italian beef. In Boston, a lobster roll. In Uruguay, you have to have chavito (spelling?). In many places there is a food that is local to that area that you cannot easily get elsewhere and is part of the geography of that place (so to speak). In Cordoba, Spain, for example, you have to try salmorejo, most taverns and alomost all restaurants will have it.
So, what is the food I have to try when I visit San Antonio?
I'm coming down the week of 10/22 to San Antonio from Northern Ohio. We're already in boots here. I was just wondering what to bring to wear in the evenings on the riverwalk? Will it be warm enough for shorts or a skirt? Short sleeves or long? Boots or sandals? Thanks!
I'm a local photographer in the Colorado Springs area and am visiting with my family. Where are some good spots in the downtown area to take pictures? I've heard about the Riverwalk but I'm wanting something with less people. I would love to hear your suggestions!
