Rent a flat in Salvador

Hi everybody, I'm going to Salvador mid october for at least 3 months (studies) and maybe one year if I find a good job. Does someone have an idea of the flat prices for 2 people near the FIB. If you have good addresses for music as well. Thanks Tof
