Who knows some nice and more or less affordable (till about 200 pesos per day) accommodation in: Salta (city) Cachi Cafayate Cabra Corral If possible with a website.
I am surprised no one has jumped in here with recommendations so here goes from this intrepid traveler :) In Salta Chateau del Cerro http://www.chateaudelcerro.com.ar/ A nice B&B owned by a British couple outside the city is Poncho Huasi http://www.ponchohuasi.com/index.html In Cachi, El Cortijo elcortijohotel.com/index_eng... Cafayate Hosteria Sol de Vale, it is outside of town and a bit of a spa. soldelvalle.com.ar/cafayate/... In town I am not sure of the rates now might be more than your budget but very nice the Killa Cafayate killacafayate.com.ar/eng/Qui...
