This is to inform to anyone interested in this tour, that it is said that the train will start running again during next October.
The train had to stop because during 3 times of the same season, the train machine had to be fixed while in the middle of the tour, in places where nobody could go back in any way to Salta. People on board had to wait for long hours until combis came to take the passengers back to the city. As I said, it took place 3 times, so the Salta Tourism Office broke the relation with the company who run the train.

Hope they contract with a better company! I've always wanted to ride on that train. Maybe in the future. The photos look so cool. Bummer for those who were on it when it broke down though.
