Hi. I am holidaying in Salou in September with my sister. We are staying in The Vil La Romana. We were hoping to do some fun daytime activities. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great. We already plan to visit Cambrils, Barcelona and Port Aventura and are hoping to find some other activities to do during the day. Also are there any boat tours of Salou or Barcelona? Hi, I have just booked salou for October 23rd to 31st October this year, i am wondering what the weather is like at this time of year, i have heard mixed reviews that it is hot enough for shorts and t.shirts and others who tell me it is freezing this time of year, also the bars that are still open close about 10:30 at night, any advice would be great please, thanks

Hi will be in Salou next week with our 3 young kids 7,8,9, so we want to bring them to portaventura and are wondering should we buy from the hotel we are staying or is it cheaper to buy elsewhere, is there other places to bring the kids when in Salou.This is our first holiday togehter so could do with some nice tips,we are staying Cye holiday center. We really want to make it the best time of their lives so welcome any tips to help us achieve that. Good value restaurants etc anyting that would be great, thanks

Hi, i would like to get from Salou to Cubelles which is near Sitges, by train but have been told there are no through trains and i would have to get 2 trains one to sant vicenc de calders then change, but when i looked at timetable it looks like the train doesnt get to salou till 7:15pm.? and i would like to leave salou around 10:00am. does anyone know of any other way on public transport, or i have i got trains confused. Flying into Girona airport on a Friday at 9.30pm heading to Salou/Portafuntura with 2 adults and 4 children and looking for some advice on the most cost effective way to travel to salou i.e. bus, trains etc. and was looking at below options: I) Think of staying in a hotel in Girona city on the Friday night and was wondering if there is a train from Girona city direct to Salou. If this possible would you know the train cost and could you recommend some low cost accommodation on Girona city? II) Other option was to get bus to Barcelona and stay there overnight and get train to salou the next morning. What do you think?>
