I am looking to purchase a luxury condo in the Dutch side of St. Martin. I am a non-resident. Does anyone have experience with owning/purchasing/selling real estate there? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks lots.
I own on the French side and know only that non-citizens can purchase anywhere on the island. I have a friend who sells property on the Dutch Side who I will be talking to soon, and a Dutch friend who lives here but is Amsterdam at the moment. So I can try to get some info to you. I would assume you can find a web site with general info on buying here. I'm not sure what info is important to you. Peace
