None that I know of. Why do you ask?

There are mosquito bourne illnesses such as dengue, there are illnesses related to local fish, sorry the name escapes me. The symptoms of these are digestive tract issues. There are jellyfish and plants that cause skin irritations. There is even a plant that can cause a severe burn on St. John. None of these will cause the nervous system issues you describe.

After a bit of google research I found that the fish bourne disease I was looking for can cause neurological symptoms. The disease is CIGUATERA. Here is a link to a Wiki site that describes the symptoms and possible cause. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ciguat... It can be caugh by eating reef fish from tropical waters and also by eating the predatory fish that eat these reef fish. Symptoms include severe headaches.

>"You may notice that the offender has been removed..... " When someone is removed from VT their posts are removed also. When they are the Original Poster in a thread, that thread is removed completely. This thread is still here so the OP must still be here.
