There will be plenty open, maybe not the perfect one but a lot. All hotel restaurants will be open

There will be places open for you to celebrate. You may not have a great choice and will need to be flexible, but you'll be able to go out for sure. If there is a specific restaurant you have in mind, I suggest you look online for their website and give them a call or drop them an email to find out for sure so you are not disappointed. Otherwise, the next day everything will reopen and you can celebrate a day later. Happy birthday!
