Me and my sister are going on vacation to St. Augustine beach and im trying to find some kind of dancing nightclub so far everything i've found on here are Pubs and resturaunts but im looking for somewhere to get drunk and dance is there anything like that in St. Augustine or atleast in a city near it???

If you take 95 it would take a bit more than half an hour (since no one really drives the speed limit anyway). But then you'd have to worry about having a DD... I haven't had this particularly happen in Saint Augustine, but I have been in many situations where I wasn't exactly in a night club, but still wound up dancing the night away. I don't think the bars in St. Aug. are open very late, but the pubs might still be a good starting point. There's also Anastasia Island - still not really clubby, but there are a few more bars. I would start with the Ghost tour or something, since it starts after dark, and then see if you can get any good recommendations from there. The restaurant/bar Scarlett O'Hara's also seems like it draws some fun people, and they usually have good drink specials.

Agree with the other comments , stay near the Castillo. But, the weather CAN be warm and sunny, depends on the year.... more
