Hi! I posted a question in the Isabela forum on how to get from there to Sagada, but our plans have changed. We are now leaving from Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya. I've learned from many helpful posts that it would be better to follow the Vizcaya-Banaue-Bontoc-Sagada route than Vizcaya-Baguio-Sagada. I guess we'll just do the Baguio route on the way home. Any thoughts on this? And does anyone know which bus to take, how long the trip is, how much the fare is, and what the schedules are if we're coming from Aritao?
I am not familiar with the schedule of the rides in Nueva Viscaya. :) But here is the route we followed a few years ago: 1. we caught a 7a.m. jeep from Solano, N.V. to Lagawe 2. From Lagawe, another jeep to Banaue (arrived before lunch). Spent a day and a half exploring Banaue and 3. then took another jeep (early morning) to Bontoc. Visited Bontoc Museum and had lunch there 4. then took another jeepney to Sagada. There might be more options now.
