Just out of interest, I did look up some details and it seems that The Otter runs from May through October.

I know what you're talking about - having used the Otter almost every time we visited Sacramento - but I think they're gone. I couldn't find any recent postings on the web, the phone number is disconnected, & their website has disappeared. I even called the Delta King & asked the young lady at the front desk. She'd never heard of the River Otter or a water taxi. Me thinks there's a void needs filling! :-)
