Can you please tell me the distance between the Saarbrucken Airport and the train station where I would catch the train to Paris? Also, do you know if there is public transportation between the two? Thank you.
I have no personal experience with this, but that new Saarbrücken to Paris TGV got my attention as well. The Saarbrücken Airport website says RSW Regional Bus 10 goes from Saarbrücken Airport to the train station. It appears to depart hourly at :46 past the hour. Scheduled travel time is 27 minutes and cost is EUR 2.10. It also mentions you can go by taxi in approximately 20 minutes for EUR 25.
