I'd like to know where this boat trip starts precisely. Thanks!
When we were there, three stopped in Rovinj. On the harbour near where the trip to Red island leaves, on the quayside close to the old town to the south and on the quayside north of the old town close to the aquarium. This was the same boat that stops three times before setting off up the coast. Look for the sandwich board signs. hope this helps

if you were going with Emilia Romagna Lines emiliaromagnalines.it/travel... The embarkation point is situated in the limited traffic zone downtown the historical center on the Customs Pier (Carinski Gat) close to Trg Maršala Tita (Marshal Tito's Place).
