Hotel des Arcades

I havent been to Rouen before so ive never actually heard of the hotel des Arcades. what i would like to know is its location in relation to St Jeanne d'arc and France Printemps. also, if anyone has stayed here can they tell me about the conditions of the hotel and the overall hygiene. thank you very much
