Hotel and Train travel to North Sea Jazz Festival

Please could you give me advice on good 3 or 4 star hotels in Rotterdam or Ahoy.I would like a central hotel near train station if in Rotterdam or a hotel in Ahoy near North Sea Jazz Festival. What time is the last train running from Ahoy to Rotterdam?.Are they 24 hours? .
