hi there, I am a 23 year-old female student, looking for a furnished (or semi-furnished)room for next year (preferably close to Erasmus University). I have been living in Holland for one year already, and next year I will be making my master in Erasmus University. Try www.studentenkamer.nl and click Rotterdam on the map. On the left you get a list of rooms (currently 12). It's in Dutch but at least you can see the price and square meters. good luck!
