Rothenburg in March

Guten Tag, I visited Rothenburg in July of 1992 and stayed in a lovely little inn whose name was red rooster or rooster in English. Does anyone know if it is still there? What is it like in March--weather, things to do, etc.? Also, are there any gay bars or gay friendly places there? Thanks very much for any information. Tom
