We are driving from Rosslare and need to take some friends for dinner, somewhere nice en-route. I dont know the area and wonder if you have any suggestions? Am thinking country house type place, answers on a post-card if you please?? Elaine

doh! Good point well made, driving from Limerick to Rosslaire on way back to UK. Want to break journey and see chums thereby killing 2 birds with 1 stone?? Elaine

ah, thats OK :) Well, Waterford would be good,it's 2 hours from Limerick and about another 90mins to Rosslare. You could take a little detour towards Cashel, some nice places nearby like the Dundrum House hotel (been a few yrs since i was there) also try out http://www.southeastireland.com el puss
