i am planning on going to rosario in december, i heard if you dres like a tourist you are in trouble, so how are we suppose to dress like?

It gets hot in December(summer) in Rosario so most people are dressing very casual. During the day, I wear shorts,t shirts or a polo shirt. At night, I put jeans on to go to dinner.HOwever, I have seen many guys at night with shorts on in the restaurants. During the day, when it's really hot it's not unusual to see many guys without any shirts in town(unlike Buenos Aires). So as the previous poster indicated, wear whatever you are most comfortable in. You will blend in. Suerte!!
