Fiumicino to Vitinia (lido train) station best way !

HI ! I stay in Rome for 1 week near Vitinia station. PLease tell me what is the most convenient way to reach Vitinia. If I buy a CIS 16 euro for a week it cover the metropolitan area also for Vitinia? ( the head quarter is near Vitinia so i must travel each day in the center for visiting rome). For reaching Vitinia from Fiumicino airpor i must buy a metropolitan tiket + an extra charge for the area? Many thanks!
