Capocotta Beach from Termini

Hi ppl.. hear some good things about the partly nudist beach of capocotta near Rome.. I wanted to check it out.. any suggestions how best(read cheap) to reach the capocotta beach from cenral Rome.. say from Termini?? Kindly also indicate how much time it will take to reach and the rough cost for a backpacker

    I am not sure about train. But I went by car and took around 2 and half hours to reach the beach. I think by train it should lesser time than by car.
