Are there any vegetarian restaurants in Rhodes? I tried a google search but did not come up with anything.

Here's the answer to my veggie food question: Fruit and vegetables are not plentiful on Rhodes. The stuff they sell in the shops is half rotten (which doesn't keep it from being expensive) and the buffet breakfasts at hotels do not offer any fresh produce. The closest to anything resembling a fruit/vegetable were olives and sliced canned peaches. But they did prepare a baked vegetable casserole for me in a restaurant in Kremasti (outside Rhodes Town) that sounds like JTF's Briam - layers of darkish looking vegetables. It was hard to tell, but I think there was eggplant, zucchini, onion and peppers. Anyway it was tasty, and I did find a few reasonable looking tomatoes in a shop.
