Late October Visit

If we stop by in the last week of October, will we find most shops and restaurants open? We have never been to Rockport/Gloucester before and it would be a shame not to stop there.

    Actually, October is a very busy tourist season for us, with the foliage and the Head of the Charles Regatta. So I would expect most everything to be open. AlanSM
