hi i will arrive in new york city on the 8th and want to get to rochester by the evening of the tenth after two days of sight seeing what is the cheapest way to get to rochester ? please help i am on a shoe string budget thanks farest

Rochester in New York State? Look into Greyhound bus. It will take about 7-8 hours. http://www.greyhound.com/home.asp

Hi, JetBlue flies out of JFK to Rochester for72. If you use public transportation to get there (check out http://www.mta.nyc.ny.us/ for your options for cheap transit) - lots faster than the bus. Carol
