Name necklace urgent!

Hi! I shall bring a name necklace as a souvenir.(only here for one more week) Do you know how much it cost right now? (Name should not be too big maybe just 1 cm ) do you have a favourite gold store in Riyadh? How long does it take to make one? Is it cheaper in Mekkah, Medinah, Jeddah? Thank you!!!
