Rio Gallegos to Punta Arenas Bus schedule

I am trying to arrange for transportation for my upcoming trip to the Patagonia region this February. On Sunday February 26th 8:00am I will be leaving El Chalten for El Calafate and arriving ~10:30am. From El Calafate I must arrive in Punta Arenas before 3:40am on February 27th in order to catch my flight. How late do buses run from Rio Gallegos to Punta Arenas on a weekend?
