I've just, yesterday, visited the most amazing restaurant I have ever seen - The Recreation Centre Lido in Riga - we ate & drank downstairs (magnificently but cheaply - by English standards) and droolingly spent 2 hours looking at the preparations and presentations on the other floors. Where can I possibly obtain, in English please,the recipes of the dishes which I saw, and some that my wife & I ate. Unfortunately we were only in Riga for one day and returned to England last night. I have thought of e-mailing Martin Blunos - an expat Latvian celebrity chef in England - for some of the recipes, but if you have or are considering a publication I will certainly be at the front of the queue.
