TV Channels in Riga

Hello, I am going to Riga in just under 2 weeks. Does anyone know if any of the bars etc are able to show the Welsh TV channel S4C, either through cable or Sky. I know many bars have Sky but would they show S4C. Reason I ask is because the Welsh Cup Final is on Sunday 7 May and my hometown club (Rhyl FC) are playing in the final and I'd love to be able to watch it whilst on my visit (again) to Riga. I know it's a long shot asking, but I'm hoping someone might have a good answer.
