Greetings, I will be going to riga for St Patricks day weekend the 17th of March. Im not sure if the celebrations have spread to Lativa yet , i know there are parades in poland estonia so maybe. Anyway i will be with 5 irish lads and i was just wondering if someone could give me highlights to take in 3 days. Of course i would like the name of good pubs slubs and resturants and maybe a place showing the Ireland England rugby on the saturday. I was in Talinn 4 years ago and if its like talinn i will be happy. All replies much appreciated
