change location

Moving to Richmond

I am moving to Richmond and know very little about the city or the area. The company I'll be with is located by the airport on the east side. Please provide suggestions as to areas to live - will want to rent an apartment/home for a few months before purchasing so as to understand the area. Thanks

    Sorry for not seeing this earlier. You might want to consider Varina which is in eastern Henrico County where the airport is located. I'm not really that familiar with that side of town (I live in Short Pump in the far west end of Henrico County). Email me directly and we can get a dialogue going. Also feel free to let me know when you'll be in town next and we can meet for coffee or a bite to eat. Andy
