Best Route to RIR

I am staying in Glen Allen right off I-64 for the race Sept 8-9. Is there any recommendations on both a best route (I64 or 197) and parking. Of most interested is does any one know how traffic will be directed after the race? Thanks much!

    Y'know, I honestly can't remember anything about the ride in, other than it was a breeze - at least, compared to a lot of other races I've been to. Sorry I can't be of more specific help, other than to say it's not that bad - not compared to Phoenix or Infineon anyway...
