Car Rental Available?

Hi, I'm not from the US and I will be visiting Richmond VA sometime in May this year. I will be alighting at the Amtrak Station at Staples Mill. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me if there is car rental service provided at the station? Also, it would be appreciated if anyone can give any advice when travelling by car in the Richmond regarding parking and refueling. Thanks alot.

    They have a few rentals in the area, you need to take a cab to or call Enter[rise to pick you up.
