hi, we are trying to track down some waterfall we visited a few years ago and are going back there in two weeks time, they are called Harddraw fall and Scaur,wensleydale, yorkshire. could you let me know if anyone has any idea many thanks

Indeed it is called Force rather than Fall in these parts of England. Same word as the Swedish "fors" :) If you're going back in two weeks you must know where you're going??? :) Hawes just by the falls is a fantastic base for lots in the area but sure, Richmond too. I hope you're going to Swaledale as well? Btw there are more famous falls in Aysgarth in Wensleydale. Not as high but broad, and there are three of them. Those featured in Kevin Costner's Robin Hood film.
