Hi there! I'm visiting Reykjavik for the first time later this month. Hoping to save a bit of money on food. I've done a bit of looking around via the Google, and most people seem to suggest getting food at grocery stores. Could anyone give me a rough estimation of how stuff like prepared sandwiches, loaves of bread, sliced ham, etc. cost in supermarkets and grocery stores? Thanks!
If you look up my Reykjavík pages then you will see which supermarkets are the cheapest - look up my "shopping in Reykjavík" tips. From there you can enter the websites of the supermarkets and see prices of food on their websites. Bónus supermarket is the cheapest one with Krónan following closely behind.
