Hi! Is there any flight / air lines that fly from reunion to south africa example: cape town / johannesburg? I'm a budget traveler is there any cheap flight carrier? Do I need to apply a visa to get in reunion?
1) Air Austral flies from Johannesburg, see http://www.reunion.aeroport.fr/. Cheapest deals are likely to be by charter flight if there are tour operators where you are that operate package tours to La Réunion and are willing to sell flight-only deals. However, I would imagine this is only possible from France. 2) Normally not, for a stay of up to 3 months, see iledelareunion.net/uk/travel.... However, you must check this with the French Embassy in your country of residence as only the Embassy concerned can give you accurate and up-to-date information.

Hi there, Also check out South African Airways! www.flysaa.com There is no low cost carrier... For the visa it's best to contact the French Embassy in your country! Enjoy!
