We will be in the Aisen for the last 2 weeks of September and the first week of October. We were looking for quiet cabins in the countryside, away from Coyhaique. We will have a 4x4 vehicle. I saw some cabins at Lago Tamango but they were still closed for the season. Any ideas? Thanks, Arne
It has been ages ago that I've been in the region. We were hiking the Cerro Castillo these days and stayed in our tent. But on our way back from Villa Cerro Castillo to Coyhaique one of the owners of Salamandras gave us a lift and showed us his hostel. We liked it very much. If your going to be driving i suggest you go with no reservation or pre booking. You'll find cabanas all over Chile and september october is not summer or high season. No problem at all in find cabanas to stay.
