Hello there, Has anyone got any recommendations for good budget accommodation in redding? La Quinta inn/ stardust motel? any good? Are they in/near downtown? Cheers folks.

there are several in the center of town on the main road. I forget now which one I stayed at but I always look for Motel 6 on my US west travels. Check the web to see if there is one in Redding, Fred

Hey bro, La Quinta is an American chain. It'll be predictable and plenty comfortable. Probably free bagels in the morning if you're lucky. Happy Travels.... Lucien
