When I visited Sedona last year, I went to an outdoor market at the Oak Creek Factory Outlets. There was a man who had a table of sterling silver jewelry. His jewelry did not tend to be Native American. He had some very nice dragonfly charms and pendants. I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'm wondering if anyone might be familiar with him. I would like to purchase a piece of his jewelry. He told me he lived in Arizona, but not Sedona. He is a silversmith., but he had retired from another profession.

I am in the process of planning a trip to BA. However I may end up going on my own. I have gone to Europe on my own many times and speak some Spanish. When I mentioned at work my travel plans I had mixed responses...concerns over my safety. Is there a real reason for concern and if not what is the best location for my hotel? I hope to go either June or November. Weather isn't much of a concern..more so price and ability to see the main sights. Thanks!

Anyone help with good locations to rent in Scottsdale area. Would like a desert view with pool - if possible.
Four people. We've stayed in hotels before but now like to try a rental. Medium price level I think!!!!!!

First of all, sorry for my english. It's not my primary language!

I'm planning a Road Trip starting and ending in Vegas! I already rent a nice Convertible Mustang ($266/week) =]

Me and my wife will be in Vegas on September 19th, we will stay in Vegas until September 21th and at the end of this day we will take off from Vegas to Williams-AZ, so we will stay in a hotel and before the sunrise(we want to see the sunrise at Grand Canyon) we will leave Williams to The Grand Canyon (22th) to spend the whole day at the Canyon Park, so in the end of the day we will stay in a hotel near the Park. In the next day(23th) we will leave at morning to the Monument Valley and spend the whole day there, in the end of the day we will stay at the The View Hotel(already booked). At the next morning(24th) we will go to Page-AZ to visit the Antelope Canyon and the Horseshoe Bend than we will stay in a hotel in Page. Next morning (25th) we will go to Zion Park to spend the hole day there and at the end of the day we will stay in a hotel near Zion Park. From Zion park (26th) we will get back to Vegas!

Do you guys think that it is possible? I mean, we'll drive a lot but I and my wife really enjoy driving..

Do you suggest to go or not go to any other places?

Does this trip is well planned? Once you guys are from USA and familiar with it.

My daughter and her friend are wanting to hike to Supai. They are novice hikers, but do quite a bit of jogging. What is the best way they can train for this hike. and How dangerous is this? They do not want to hire a guide. How long does the hike take? and What is a switchback? It seems there is a cliff along the edge? (is that BOTH edges?) and how deep is the ravine there? Is October too cool at night? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have 3 days and 3 night time in visiting Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona and I will stay at Wailliams. Can anyone have suggestion for my visit ?

and I read somewhere if I know where the head of the tour is I can drive over there and park there and then hire a guide right? where exactly is the parking lot? how to get there?
also what time of the day is the best, I am planning to go in oct not too hot and not cold, last time we went to lake powell for the boat tour it was nov or so
