Kia Orana, I am writing to enquire what is happening in the abandonded old Sheraton Resort in Rarotonga. Is government taking over to develop or other investors/developers to rebuild the whole resort? I am very interesting to know and would be very pleased to get a kind and prompt reply with many thanks. All the very best. Louis.

Don't know, but there didn't seem to be much happening when I was there last week. No construction at all was taking place.
