How to go Bawli Baza(near Akyab) from Rangoon by road

I am coming to Rangoon from bkk on July 3rd morning. Want to go towards the Bangladesh border to find out how much work is done for the road between Bangladesh & Rangoon. Or atleast will like to have some idea about the part where the new road is expected to join with the Burma highway. If any one have any knowledge in this are - please write me . Thanks

Currently,GOVT do ot allowed to go the border of Bangaladash.And we do not know what is the high way road,,cause we do not have that kind of the road.(funny)we have the road is jumping and bumping roads around BURMA.like a moon surface. WELCOME TO BURMA
