I'm currently in Kota Kinabalu, I came here for some island/beach action. Its raining and forecast to carry on for a while didnt check. I'm approaching the end of my trip and I just want to lounge around on beaches and party in the evenings. I've stayed in mostly Thailand and never touched the north like Cambodia.
I have to fly back on the 23rd of May at the latest, I have no flight booked, I ideally want to fly back to London from Bangkok or Singapore.
Where are the awesome beaches and good night life?

Hello, my family is going to Malaysia in January. We are family of 7. 1. I'd like to know if there is a direct bus or van from KK airport to Ranau(Mount kinabalu heritage resort). I know that there are some buses from KK, but not sure about the ones from KK airport. 2. Anybody knows where exactly sabah tea garden is in Ranau? We're going to move from Mount kinabalu heritage resort to sabah tea garden. Both are in Ranau. How can I go from the resort to the garden? Are there any local buses? We don't want to take a taxi. please tell me where is the Ranau Bus Station are? I can't find any agency that sell bus ticket from Ranau to KK. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
