What kind of shelter do generally people live in Rabat, Morocco?

    natives  generally live in either modernised old French appartement blocks, new appartement blocks, or villas ( if they have accumulated enough Backsheesh  to buy a posh villa.)

    Rabat is the capital city and the King lives here, so no Bidonvilles are to be found in the outskirts, and the streets are kept clean and tidy. If you were thinking of slumming it, you might find some left outside Casablanca, although these are being demolished and the natives re-located to new Lotissements
