Extended stay in Quito

I'm going to be staying in Quito for several months and looking for a neighborhood to live in that would have gyms, dance and yoga studios, natural food stores, a more artsy oriented community. Any suggestions on locations? Low to mid price range for an apartment. Do you know of any sites that would advertise for apartments other than Craigslist, a local site? To stay within the framework of the Guidelines, you can email me any links? Thanks.
